Role: Orbital/Suborbital Hauler

Description:

It\'s a plane designed to haul small planes and rockets in orbit. Inspired by Stratolaunch, except that the payload will be piggybacked instead of under it (just like this, except that it goes orbital)

The RCS Clusters are only used while on the launchpad to counter the weight instability. The plane itself handles decently, and do glide. The rocket payloader variant is in development now.
