im working on a mod that that broadcasts where a craft is if it has the [part]

you will be able to look up crafts on a webpage and see the crafts info

also 3d kerbin that will show the orbits

this is going to take a while

Have you seen Telemechanus? Not exactly the same as what you've described, but they have figured out how to get data from inside the game to a webpage. Might be a useful resource.
