My Kerbal space program window keeps on deselecting (like when you click on the desktop background while having a program open). This also happens on chrome and other stuff. Anyone know how to fix?

Sounds like a problem with your computer, not KSP. I've never heard of it... Maybe some other program is trying to take focus? Try looking through your startup folder and turning off everything you don't recognize or don't want starting with the computer. (On windows 8, it's in the task manager. Ctrl+Shift+Esc will bring it up. For earlier versions, hit windows key+R to bring up the run command, type "msconfig" without the quotes, and hit enter. The startup tab is what you're looking for.)

That's the computer, or a third program doing that. Not KSP itself.

The fact that it also happends with Chrome should have tipped that off for you already
