Yes its not classified. Well what he said isnt. There is a aspect to this that I strongly suspect is and there something intresting stuff going down in aerospace but this is just a general DARPA statement.

No whats instore in the next 10-20 years will likley be a REAL spaceplane that will do what the shuttle failed to do. Cheap realiable access.
