Load vehicle button in VAB broken

Anyone have this problem, I play with a few mods rt2, b9, kethane, engineer. And after a fresh install with these mods the button works just fine I can load my saved crafts in the VAB, but after a few missions, flights , the button stops working on me, now I can load these crafts from the launch pad, just not in the vab, I have tried patching, using the launcher window, I have deleted other mods to try and get this back, pretty much everything short of a fresh install, and it must be something with the last few mods I don't want to part with.

Any help with this would be awesome
