I can't take screenshots anymore :(

Recommended Posts

Recently my screenshots won't save ;.; I think it has to do either with me moving KSP from my windows programs folder to my desktop because I couldn't save my edit to the persistent file while in programs and craft files of ships I build aren't easily found when there either. I checked my settings and F1 is still mapped to screenshot and a copy of my whole KSP folder is on a flash drive I take to my college (the computers there can run the game at all max settings and dock high part counts without a drop of lag! ) but anyways screenshots work on the flash drive at school, but not on my laptop at home anybody know a solution?

Hi,

One solution is to set up a junction. KSP will think that your persistent file is in the normal directory tree, but you can edit it in its' actual location (which could be in My Documents, for example). I've done the same with my save files. Because this gets synced to SkyDrive, I have instant Cloud synchronisation with my KSP saves :)

Cheers,

Adam

Been thinking of doing this with my VAB folders and Subassemblies, so I can share crafts across saves without having to manually drag the files around.
