What is the soundtrack of the R&D building

The chief developer, Felipe Falanghe (Harvester), wrote most of the sound track. Maybe he wrote that too.

yea but i also heard that ksp used some macleod tracks too...

Yeah, several tracks are from Kevin McLeod.

I spent some time on his site, and downloaded several that I recognized and enjoyed, whether from KSP (the VAB track!) or Danny KSP videos (Spazzmatica Polka!)...

This
