Well I am doing another bad thing, I am letting KSP run while I sleep. I do hope it is in real time as I will not have to worry about the ship this way.

It blew up....it....I dunno LOL it blew up while in deep space. I guess I get to start that all over now, I forgot to revert and instead went to the space center.

That's a bug known as the Kraken. Your ship will spontaneously disassemble or blow up after traveling in deep space for a while. Time warp can also cause it to happen every now and then. But at least you have a good craft that's ready for the trip to Duna. Good luck with it. If you wind up loving Duna as much as I do, you should consider building a base of operations there. It's a good place to put up a space station, refueling depot, ground base, and store reserve ships, just in case you need to swap out a lander or something. I'm assembling a fleet there now. Got 2 bases on the ground right next to each other, and Gagarin Station in orbit.

Oh ok well then I do not feel as bad now that it went Kaboom on me then. I did however have to use mechjeb for docking as I do not feel overly confident in my docking skills at this time. I figure as long as I am only using it to dock that is not too bad. I am launching a small satellite to advance time for my launch window as well, I know it is fine to just burn and go but I having an issue getting an encounter now since I relaunched.

Well I finally made it to Duna tonight after being gone for awhile today, one thing I noticed is that I have to remember to turn off fuel pass through thing if I log out. Tomorrow I will go for a dock and home return trip. Thanks again 700NitroXpress!
