a small and a large BZ-52 Radial Attachment Point

I think it would be nice if we had a tiny and a large version of the "BZ-52 Radial Attachment Point".

both for construction "quality" (mostly) and for aesthetic.

I know I want those. All the time I want to attach stuff to the side of stuff but it won't attach there. Usually I want to attach small things to the side of other small things when I'm making a small ship, but I don't want to put on the medium attachment points because they're too heavy.

For smaller ships, the small girder works pretty much as good as you could expect. There are currently some glitches if you dock toa ship with a girder in some configurations, but Harv thinks he fixed that bug for the next release (woo!).
