Saving ships in the VAB

Hi all.

I just ran into a minor problem in the VAB in that if you create a ship and then change its name to one already in the savefile, its overwrites the one in the savefile without warning when you save it

Yeah, it would be nice if we at least had a save warning that we are trying to overwrite a file.
