2 wheel rover

Why wouldn't my 2 wheel rover work? I built it with the smallest probe core, and the tires' circumference is larger then the core within it(including the battery and all the other stuff) so why don't the wheels keep turning. The center doesn't touch the ground.

Sounds like an unusual, but interesting design. You're not telling us much about the way it doesn't work. Does something explode or fall off? Does it work at first, but then stop working? Does anything happen at all? If you hit F3 for the flight log, are any structural failures indicated?

Is the center spinning? If it is this is a noob question that can be solved with a basic understanding of physics.

Try placing a structural beam out the back and see if it rolls.

I believe rover wheels only have traction when they are facing down, rather than at a 90 degree angle
