I ended up designing a ring of 12 orange tanks and put it to low orbit. The design has been focused to contain the part count, so that after having it in orbit is dockable with a decent frame rate even on my quite poor laptop.

So here is the video of the launch. Actually that's a pretty old version of it, but still the basics are the same.
