Is it possible to reverse the 88-88 Comm Dish to old one?

All you'd have to do is configure the old part.cfg and rename it so that KSP doesn't freak out about it. Just copy the antenna partmodule from the new one to the old one and change the animation in that partmodule to the old model's deploy animation.

No, you need an old version of KSP to get the old model. You can download the last version on Steam by accessing the Beta options for KSP. I think you can download old versions through Squad too if you don't use Steam. Or you can just get the old part folder from someone else.

Since Steam always auto-update, i think the old file already been replace :<

You could also just get the Demo from the KSP website and make a new part entirely (This way you have both).

You can turn auto-update off. And there is an option to go 1 version back.

If you have a backup version of the game you don't have this problem. I have .21 somewhere still on my HDD.
