After much work, here is the ARV, a Manned Rendez-vous vehicle:

It has 4 panels, 8 engines and enough monopropellant to reach stations in LKO and MKO.

It is launched atop an Ariane-5:

It has a fairing and a LES.

How it works:

Some pics:

How to use:

1. Launch

2. When the second stage is working, press 0 to jettison fairing

3. No debris must be taken, so the ARV will have to circularize with its own engines, expending about 45% of its fuel.

4. Deploy panels, do orbital operation.

De-orbit:

Use engines to de-orbit, before re-entry disconnect service module by selecting the Docking port Sr. and decoupling

or press Backspace. Then use RCS which you will still have on the instrument module to get away from the service module.

Prior to re-entry decouple the docking port with RCS tank.

Action groups

1-Toggle panels

0-Jettison fairing/undock/decouple from stuff attached to front docking port

Backspace/abort-Abort sequence(when tower still in place)

When no tower, just disconnects service module.

Can you make an ATV that carries Rocket Fuel and RCS? I wanted one for my station for a long time.

It carries rocket fuel and RCS. If 100 units of RCS is not enough I can add more on request.

I was inspired to make the ARV since about 2 years ago I got to try a realistic ARV docking sim in Paris. Since them every time I visit Paris I go to the Cite des science and dock it to the ISS in front of astonished Frenchmen lol(so many people tried before me and they all failed, too bad they didn't play KSP or Orbiter 2010 lol)

I will make an ATV soon so my ISS looks even more realistic
