Resource Transfer

So is there a way to transfer resources from all tanks of one resource to tanks on another ship? I'm docked transferring kethane and monoprop and LFOs but it's taking forever due to me having like 15 tanks to transfer into 6.

Without mods, not really. There is a mod that lets you do that. TAC Fuel Balancer, I think it's called.

I was also just looking at quantum fuel transfer, which is cool and all, but I don't really want to use it since it's not actually possible.

I think it would be awesome if we had fuel transfer hoses we could use from eva.

I don't know about the TAC mod, but the Kerbal Attachment System mod will let you run a line between 2 ships in orbit and once they are connected you can transfer resources.

Do you know how fuel transfer on that works? I essentially just want to send all of one resource from one ship to another without clicking on each tank while docked. It'd be nice if there was a way to just do it all at once, even if transfer was slow.

KAS won't let you transfer all at once. It'll be just like being docked in stock KSP, except you're running a cable instead of using docking ports.

TAC fuel balancer is what you are looking for. It has the ability to transfer from several tanks into only a few tanks (By various means) it can also do Monopropellant, Kethane (if you have the mod) and Electric Charge.
