No, as far as I know Kerbal EVA has it's own resource: EVA Propellant.

This sounds like it was a very recent change, so I would expect the whole command pod mono-propellant thing might change as well.

Maybe they'll put EVA propellant in the command pod, or maybe not. In the videos I saw, the command pods did have a small amount of mono-propellant, the one-man cockpit had 7.5L I think.

At the very least I'm hoping for a small, stock "EVA Propellant" tank to let us resupply distant bases. If not this release, then in the next few. (Though this is something easy to do with a simple part cfg edit, or with something a bit more complex like Modular Fuels.)

I also noticed that you can now tweak a control surface to only respond to a combination of roll, pitch, and yaw inputs. Proper ailerons and rudders, here we come!

From the twitch demo that I saw, live, the RAPIER automatically switches when a flame-out would occur - instead of a flame-out, (which often causes uncontrollable yaw) it switches to rocket mode.

Is it possible to fill Mk3 Fuselage with fuel+oxidizer in order to build an SSTO?

At the present stage you can not alter the types of fuel a tank is designed to hold, nor with fuel and ox can you reduce one type to increase the other.
