KSPTV age restrictions?

Why do you have these restrictions? I may be young, but, why do you restrict it to 18+ because imagine how much more publicity you would get if a kid started streaming live?

Please accept 10-20 below 18 years old applications, atleast consider it.

I am hopeful, so please dont let me down.

The reason is that streamers get access to confidential areas, where they can download the pre-release versions of KSP for example. As a result, they need to be able to engage in legal contracts which in turn means that they need to be adults. You can definitely start streaming on your own channel though, but not on KSP-TV unfortunately.

If someone is below the legal age, can't they just "refuse" the pre-release version? That's pretty much what Kurtjmac did on Kerbalkon

If you're not a legal adult in your jurisdiction (18 in most places), you don't have the legal capacity to make biding agreements. And for that matter, SQUAD has limited recourse against you if you break any "opt out" agreement you make, seeing as you're not a legal adult.
