How do I load prebuilt craft from mods ive downloaded? Both Career and Sandbox please

You can't in career (unless you move them to the ships folder in your career save) that being said be sure that the ship file is in the master ship folder (which should be in the folder labelled Kerbal Space Program) sorted approproately by type. Once this is done they should appear when you click the load button in the appropriate construction facility with the apended stock tag.
