I'm writing a KSP based story called "Kerbin One", and I thought I'd like to share it! Please note: I am by no means a photo-editing genius.

cool ship! where can we see a fully illuminated version? it looks awesome!

the ship itself has an outline. I'm not sure if it was intentional or not, but either way, I could understand If you didn't know how to fix it.

all in all, an awesome poster! remove the text and ship and you've a sweet desktop!

The outline is completely accidental. I tried removing it, but it just wouldn't turn out properly. By the way I used GIMP.
