1) You should be able to right click on a space ship in space and click "switch to" instead of hitting the [ and the ] or going out to the "m" map. Also - cycling through the [ ] keys should allow you to ignore any debris (if you want to take control of debris, then you can right click on it and click "switch to" as suggested.

2) There should be a way to shut off a fuel line.

3) When at the space center and looking at the radar, there should be a way to pause the game.

Reason Example: Kerbal crashed on my as I was preforming a landing on an outer planet because I was recording a video with fraps. Reloading, and scrolling down to the ship wasted enough time where the ship hit the planet and blew up.

4) Please allow a way to click on an orbiting object and right click and remove its orbiting path temporarily (till I right click and add it again).

5) If orbiting a planet and you double click on it, it becomes the center of the screen. You cannot get back to having the space ship being center of the screen.

Bonus Addons

1b) Some science should only be allowed to be preformed by multiple Kerbals at the same time.

2b) Please allow a way to "mark" an 'x' on a planet so when landing, there is a reference point as to which part on the moon/planet you would like to land on. I orbit at low altitudes looking for a good landing spot, and then when I pick one, I would like to try to hit the mark on the next orbit around.

3b)Make the habitational module 'worth' something. Such as required for keeping any Kerbal alive for long voyages.

Love the game.

Cheers'

1 - that would be useful, so I am able to switch right to the piece I want to switch to instead of cycling through a number of parts the game gives me on [ and ] keys. I don't see much reason to avoid debris though, if you can switch by clicking. Sometimes it's useful to be able to easily switch to a debris piece.

2 - I never needed that but I think it's a good idea. It should be possible to put it to action group, too.

3 - I'd say, one of the two: either the time should be stopped in space center, VAB, etc, or we should be able to see the real space center. Meaning, if I have a rocket on launchpad, I should be able to see it. It'd be nice to allow time warp in tracking station, too.

4 - there is a way, change it to something you can filter out (e.g. rover) and filter it out. You can use the same approach to filter out everything else, too. But there could be some more comfortable way to do that.

5 - you can, using Tab or Shift-Tab (hide the navball before pressing Shift or you'll throttle up). You need to cycle behind Sun or Eeloo to get there, though, which is a bit uncomfortable

1b - I don't really think it's a good idea

2b - I like that idea

3b - It is worth something already, you can transfer four Kebals in single part.

I want this too - it could probably be implemented by targeting a point on the surface of a celestial body, rather than the body itself. In the game, it could work by having a "Target Surface Location" option pop up when you right click that point.

we should be able to see the real space center. Meaning, if I have a rocket on launchpad, I should be able to see it. It'd be nice to allow time warp in tracking station, too.

Totally agree; this has always puzzled me - wouldn't it have been easier to use the "real" view for everything and not have a separate way of displaying the space centre?

I should really read through the game controls at least once...

For #5, backspace also works.

My personal list after a few hours playing:

1- I've noticed that the right click menus are...stickier... than they were in the last version. It used to be that when you click-dragged outside the screen it would remove the window. It doesn't do that anymore as far as I can tell.

2- I'm also getting some major, major lag on menu updates when I transfer science experiments. I hit 'store experiments (2)' and it stays in the menu. Thinking I mis-clicked or it didn't go through (which is also happening a LOT), I click again. and again. About three seconds later I get a massive amount of popups and side information telling me that Jebediah has been juggling all of my experiments in and out of the pod!

3- Would it be possible to let us type in the thrust limits or fuel amounts while we're in the VAB? I can't seem to ever hit exactly 50%, sticking me with either 49.5 or 50.5. It's annoying, and I imagine when I get to more complex mission profiles (space shuttle here I come), I'll need that precision.

4- Could you please make it so that we can change tweakable values via action groups? I have a lifter where the center column runs at 50% throttle until the boosters disengage, then burn full once they drop. Right now that requires manual right-clicking (with the sticky menus) and manually adjusting them up. God knows what I would do if I needed to bring them down in-flight. I'd love to be able to set up a set of action groups that let me run the booster separation and throttle up simultaneously.

5- I know this has been asked elsewhere, but can we get at least one fuel tank that we can fill with just liquidfuel, just oxidizer, or both?

6- Werner von Kerman's lab... yikes. It's shiny, but it is really confusing. Until I did some serious playing around, I thought the 'X found out of Y' was the number of completed experiments versus the total number of available experiments for whatever planet/biome I had selected. It's actually, I think, the number showing of the total you've ever collected. I'm unsure where I would ever need that info.

When you click on a side section, it gives number shown, and then number hidden. I don't get this. To me, that's like Google's search page at the bottom telling me that it's found 5,000 results, but hidden 50 billion. Every time I see it I keep thinking that the menu is hiding entries from the category I've selected for some reason.

Finally, I have no idea what those bars are underneath each entry. Some are full, some are completely empty, and I can't discern a pattern.

As a possible suggestion, I'd make the X found out of Y be the total number of experiments you've done in that planet/of that type/in that biome, or whatever you've got selected. This would tremendously help completionists. I'd also suggest that von Kerman tells us some science he'd like us to bring back. By this I mean that when I unlock, say, the thermometer, I get a big list of greyed-out entries in there which show me just where I can use it. I'm sick of seeing 'temperature scan can't be done here.' >.<

The bars underneath each entry are a bit confusing, but I think they indicate how much science that experiment was worth. Many experiments/reports/etc cannot retrieve all available science from the one task all at once. Transmission of the results also has an additional cap, so you have to return the data to Kerbin to get 100% of the science out of it, and sometimes you need to retrieve the data several times in order to squeeze all possible science out of it.

I can only think of a couple of things, one is the whole which astronaut did I pick for this mission issue.

I build a vessel. During the building process, before launch, I choose a crew. I save the mission with that crewmember.

If I have to relaunch because I often design these things by trial and error up to orbital ejection, I also have to remember to go back, and re-choose the crew I want, or it's just Jebediah over and over again.

It's very very frustrating to have to remember to do that. I typically re-start the launch of a new "model" of vessel, one that I'm just getting the hang of, 3-5 times. The inability of the game to reliably preserve my choice of crew often doubles that number just because it's out of sight, out of mind. Now, sometimes it does remember who I actually picked, but that is one out of every 6-7 times.
