Stutter. Gone! Squeee!

Framerate.

menu old 122 new max (180)

space center old 67 new 73

VAB old 109 new 139

On pad with Kerbal X old 101 new 107

on pad with 1017 part ship old 17 new 19

The main thing for me is it just feels snappier.

A good update.

Oh, and some new parts.
