TOLP (Take Off Launchpad Plane) Amphibious Plane

This is a, well, read the title. Currently, It is at MKIIII stage, and I need to develop it to make SURE it is safe. Edit #2: Test #1 complete, had a parachute failure, landed using engine. Edit #2: Craft photo!!

NOTE: this is FULLY stock .23.

Also, the flameout alt is 14000.

If you use Steam I use the steam screen shot ability F12, if you don't I think print screen works.

Also sharing pictures use Imgur, imageshack or something like that.

Well, the first, MkI, it would rip off without struts from the parachute. And who cares? It gets le job done. c:

By the way... It has about.. 6 struts?
