Updating Mac to .23

[Project Pluto]

I'm new to Mac and could use some help updating. I downloaded .23 which is on my desktop as a folder with the launcher inside. It does not overwrite .22 so none of my saved games or ships transfer. I'm sure it's just a matter of copying some files. Which ones do I require?

you don't need any, but you can copy the saves & ships if you want. The ships aren't necessary for the saves and vice versa.
