[WIP?]KMP CONQUERORS RPG - not a mod, just a trial on warfare/pvp RPG

I'm currently hosting a 1.4.2 KMP server, and came up with this idea.

The Kerbolar system will have several conquerable flags spread on it.

You will be abble to control a small ammount of kerbonaults (2 or 3) and can only fly with them.

To launch, you will have to ask permission to the administrator about your ship size etc.

To get to KSC you need to ride one of your kerbonaults back to KSC and land at a designed spot to recover, even if launching a probe.

You must ask permission to warp, warping without permission will give penalties.

What happens after a kerbonault dies will be discussed later.

I'm planning to add a manual point system to allow launching bigger vessels.

There will be factions, power will be given per-faction to launch ships and etc.

You will be only abble to launch premade ships, but you can send a ship to administration to be reviewed and if accepted will have a point cost

You will be abble to plant your own flags only on your territory.

The game might work like this:

You capture that flag (get to it on EVA, take a screenshot of it and submit via post or pm, yet to decide) and set a defence probe on it (bring it there somehow, its up to you).

The more flags you have, the more powerful you are, and will be abble to launch bigger ships.

To capture possessed flag, you must destroy all owner ships on its influence area.

I'm setting up flags all over Kerbin, and will define their range on the flag descs.

Enemies at your influence area will cause that land to get under siege, and it's points will be ignored.

If/when a carreer mode gets implemented to KMP, it will be used.

Can someone link me and tell me if the mobile launch plataform mod works on KMP?, that would make things much better.

It might work...HOWEVER given the buggy state of KMP (no offence to the creators, they did well to make it in the first place) having to do all this extra stuff before you can launch mean's getting anything done would take a long time, and detract from the immediate value of the idea.
