(0.23) 0% lag, but the physics are responding extremely slow

I've downloaded KSP 0.23 today and been trying to play it. But my physics are just like responding 5 seconds after I clicked a button, or Zooming in and out is really slow. The weird part is I have totally no lag!

I played KSP since 0.13 and only with this update it's acting all weird...

Ps. I've been playing all ksp versions on the same pc
