Add missing measurements to science archives

Science archives are good to figure out where can I scrape a few more science points on things I have not measured well enough yet, but unless I missed something, trying to figure out what I have completely missed so far is still a problem.

My idea is:

- whenever I make any measurements in a new biome, Science archives could extend by all things I could measure in that biome using tools I have ever used for measuring

- whenever I use any new scientific tool for the first time to measure anything, science archives could extend by all biomes I have not measured with it yet.

These unmeasured items could just show up with empty progress bar.

There could be also a filter which would let me select whether I want to see just things I already measured (like now), things I still have to measure, or everything.

This would be very helpful and (assuming it's not listing biomes the player hasn't even encountered) isn't giving away anything that's not already implicit.
