How Common is the badS tag?

I was just wondering if anyone knows how common it was to get a Kerbal with badS = true ?

1 in 20? 1 in 50? 1 in 100?

Not sure why this is bothering me so much, because we all now just how unique Jeb is...

Perhaps because in all the time I've been playing (not sure when exactly, but I remember rather excited about the .13 demo), I've never come across a single badass other than Jeb... (or perhaps I'm just that bad at flying even they are Billing-it?)

if they're Billing it on your flights, you probably got you some BadS's in there. I've seen the way you fly, you'd make Jeb scream the way Bob screams when the engines start running.

But seriously, no I don't know how often it occurs, but I think I might have heard the amount on one of Scott Manley's videos. Seems like he was discussing their attributes and name generation while doing test flights and showing how loud explosions and catastrophic rocket failure will make Jeb "humidify" his suit and scream like a little Bob Kerman.
