Ok, from what I see, the pivot is a structure tube that is sitting freely in a cradle. When the other end is released, by coupler most likely, it rotates bringing the rocket into firing position. I like this, great work here. To bad current game mechanics make it a one shot deal, but then again with how you have to reload each vehicle on shot is all you need.

That's a neat design for a Transport-Erector-Launcher. Is it able to launch while moving? I'd guess that you might be able to impart some extra velocity on the missile if the TEL was going fast enough.
