Tweakable rover suspension?

As the title suggests, I think it would be great if we could make are rover suspension softer or harder in the VAB/SPH.

This way we could have the suspension travel we need for "crater crawling"? Or other fun stuff.

Or the stiffness to carry heavy loads.

Being able to disable brakes would be a nice addition to tweakables, especially for low gravity. I disable the front wheel motors and use S to put reverse power to the rear motors to control speed going downhill. If I could siable the front wheel brakes I could use them to stop without flipping.

Even better would be setting the wheel motors to unidirectional. Set the front wheels to only work going forward and the back ones to only work going in reverse. That would prevent popping wheelies and flipping in either direction.
