Niggling things w/ Science Dialogs

Nothing much, but after collecting a bunch of data and reports I've discovered a few mildly annoying things with the science dialog box. Particularly when you "review" data. This might be because having 50+ reports at once is somewhat unusual? But with the mechanic that you can move data around I'd think this might get more common as you gather everything into a single pod.

It would be nice to have a list, rather than having to cycle through everything one by one. Would make it easier to weed out duplicates (though it's not necessary since storage is unlimited).

The "Keep data" button moves, depending on if there's a "Process" button. Makes it a bit harder to work through a pile of data since you have to be careful when clicking. Which leads to:

A "Keep all" button would be nice, or some other way to dismiss the dialog without having to make a keep/discard choice for each and every one individually.
