i will probably begin a fan fiction and im not sure of the name i should chose between kerbin worst pilot or kerbin worst pilot ever

so wich one?

I think some context would be useful in helping you decide. What is your story about (besides, obviously, Kerbin's worst pilot)?

its about the same as canada worst driver i have 9 kerbals who was chosed because they are bad pilot and they will do chalenges and after each chapter/episode one will be classed as the less bad pilot and will graduate they will do chalenges about rover planes and obviously rockets and one will be kerbin worst pilot at the end

Hmm, I would stay away from things like Kerbin's Worst Pilot. Let the reader enjoy deciding that for him/herself. I would focus on a funny word play of one or more of the situations your pilot gets into. Fore example, if your pilot crashes on landing alot you could call it "Tanglefoot Terror, the travails of Tandy Kerbal!" Or if you are of a more serious bent then something like, "Buck Kerbal, 100 Crashes in Kerban Experimental Flight".

Parody can be fun, but it also tends to be derided. There's an art to doing it in a way that gets people to laugh without making them roll their eyes and give up on you. And by that I mean it takes a certain amount of subtlety, which really isn't present if you just take the original work's title and alter it slightly to fit the new context. One of my favorite examples of how to do a good parody title is the parody of Top Gun, called Hot Shots. That's a more oblique reference to the original (people who are "top gun" pilots are often seen to be hotshots too).
