Loading Progress on Windows Taskbar

Hi there, so some programs use the windows taskbar to show progress of things (e.g. steam taskbar icon has a background that shows how far DLs are and if they are paused (yellow) or downloading (green))

So I thought - since my KSP takes a while to load up and I could go do other stuff in the meantime - KSP could do the same when it is starting up - show the loading progress on its taskbar icon (as a color background)

I'm not much of a programmer, tbh, but this sounds a bit more like something that'd have to be done at the Unity level moreso than most of KSP's code. If they could hack some kind of way to do it in, that'd be cool. I looked it up and found this:

Not a clue how easy or hard it'd be to include.

It would help if KSP stopped stealing focus from other applications as it loads up. It does not take that long on my machine but I still can do a few things before it finishes if KSP was not pushing itself to the front good three or four times throughout the load process.
