Help rescuing Bill and Bob

Bill and Bob were in the science module when my truck crashed sending it tumbling away from the command module with jeb in it. Luckily the science module was intact but for some reason I can't get Bill and Bob out of it.

I don't see the image the shows where it finally landed. Is the hatch blocked?

Also, as soon as I read the title, I realized that Jeb was going to have to save them. And then I laughed.

Oh, I think I see what you're describing.

have you tried undocking the lab module and trying again to have them exit? I know it was a pain to get them docked, but that may be the cause.

If it doesn't work, that's what quick save is for.

The hatch is unobstructed. Im thinking its just a bug maybe, I don't supose its very often you crash a science module with Kerbals in it and it survives lol. I've managed to get into an orbit around the Mun with it still attached. I will bring a refueler and fly them home. See if recovering the vessel will save them.

I just re-docked nothing changed.

In order to EVA kerbals from the Science module you have to left click the hatch and EVA them.

.............................................................................(facepalm).......................... Of all the things, i tried right clicking as well, just not left.....

You may guess that this was my first time using a science module..........
