How to transfer fuel between tanks when they're hidden?

Hi all!

Yeah, so I've designed an interplanetary ship, much like in NASA's Constellation mission.

Although it looks pretty, it's functionality is, as of now, rather poor. By this, I mean that the RCS tanks are placed within a permanent fairing (Procedural Fairings) and can't be clicked. In the included screenshot, the mentioned area is arrowed. Does anyone know of a method of transferring fuel without having the ability to click both tanks?

Umm, clip the camera into the fairing and then click it? If that's not possible then I have no idea... (other than just break open the spacecraft:D)

Haha! That worked! Excellent idea!=D Thanks a lot! It was a ***** getting that superheavy transfer stage into orbit, and I'd rather not do it again=P

TAC Fuel Balancer is handy for those kind of operations too.
