EDIT 1{I used MS Paint because of the pixel graph feature, it's good for spriting. Although, it removed transparency, so I'll use the Snipping Tool to Capture a sample of the background colo(u)r of the forum. }

Examples:

I believe the people that maintain and add little nice things to the forum are not the actual developers of the game and it shouldn't detract from their workflow. I personally think this forum needs a serious facelift, it's been like this for years, and even taken backwards a few steps with the great forum apocalypse ..

More emoticons, more features, more colour.. it never hurts I think your emoticons are good, but not unlike the current ones really.

I agree with Devo, the emoticons won't distract the devs, just the forum maintainers- they are good, I like them!
