I present to you! Moon Base Alpha!

Over my Christmas break, i kicked off the design and construction of a modular base on the Mun. 10 launches were needed for complete construction of this base.

-The Crane

-Cupola/Living Quarters

-Greenhouse

-2 sets of Solar Panels

-Science Bay

-A "lobby" for Relaxing

-Computer/Communications Module

-RCS/Fuel Re-fueling Module

-Airlock from a Modified "Crew Tank"

This crane, the workhorse of building the base, uses KAS to haul and dock modules together.

The view from the Cupola, looking back at their home planet... so far away... but so close.

Joewise Kerman out on an EVA, looking back at the place he calls home.

More than once, has the crane slid off the cliff... (stupid rover wheels won't grip).

Name suggestions are also more than welcome! Moon Base Alpha is to common....
