What is RMB and why can't I see the vectoring range of engines in VAB anymore?

When I hover over the cursor an engine in VAB, I can no longer see the thrust vectoring range, without which KSP is useless. Also, what is RMB??? How can I see more info? I love KSP to bits and was happy to pay for it but the lack of documentation is friggin outrageous.

RMB - Right Mouse Button

... and incidentally, the RMB, when you rightclick on the part, is what lets you see the stats.
