The Rocket Coaster

I'm fairly sure it's been done before, but I made a rocket powered roller coaster. It ends much the same way most coasters I make in games do though (the cart flies off), but it shouldn't be too hard to make it loop I think. The cart stays on the tracks pretty well, and it moves just fine.

Feel free to make your own tracks for it if you feel like it, no idea how you'd manage turns though. (Just post them here so I can see, and give credit if you post elsewhere please)

Decided I wanted to turn, but ran into issues, thus the monorail was born.

It's slow, and jittery but it does the job.

Let's get back "on track" shall we?

Nice coaster! I wonder if with IR and docking ports you could make some sort of "chain"

You'd need some other way to keep the tack grounded then, can't think of what you'd use instead. Struts just vanish once the cart decouples.

A turn looks possible, only it would take a long time with lots of fiddling. And coffee. Let's not forget coffee.

I tried doing it, then ran into the problem that the inner rail has to be shorter than the outer one. Couldn't easily fix that, so I got rid of the issue all together and made a monorail. (Updated first post)
