What was your first flight to Eeloo like? BTW Happy 2014!

My first Eeloo mission was a glorious success, thanks to my reliable Express 2-Probe.

Eeloo Express is now scanning for Ore and Kethane, but I'm not sure if I will set up a permanent outpost or at least a robotic mining mission there. Getting to Eeloo just takes sooooo long...(but isn't complicated)

I sent a 6-kerbal mission to Eeloo after watching Europa Report. Getting to it just requires a lot of patience. I had to restart the mission a few times because ghost kraken kept tearing fuel tanks off the craft in deep space.

My first visit to Eeloo looked like this:

Arrived, landed, flew all the way back to Kerbin.

I later did a somewhat more elaborate visit with a ridiculously over-engineered monster of a ship, and this time I filmed it.

My first trip was in 0.22 for more science! Single launch probe only. I used the probe design for Eve, Duna, and with a slight redesign adding rockets for non atmospheric landing sent it to Dres, and Eeloo.

I sent a one way mission to Eeloo in 0.19; never been back.

Though I'm going to start doing more missions to some of the less popular planets.

I only went to Eeloo once, and it was with a small lander probe.
