Who can build the fastest rocket car that stays touching the ground? Pretty simple.

Rules

1. Mods are allowed.
   
2. Mods used must be balanced. Nothing that doesn't stay with stock masses and such
   
3. FAR is recommended.
   
4. Your Rocket must be able to stop within the length of the runway
   
5. For the above I recommend RealChute's drag chutes.
   
6. Must be manned
   
7. Also no clipping parts with the dev menu
   
8. Must also have an F3 screen added
   

I'll put my try next, just need to time the screenshots right. There can be a stock leaderboard if anyone wants it really. It's just a few lines of text.

this is an interesting challenge, its basically a drag race. But your design seems a bit too large.

I suggest you make a f3 screen mandatory.

That way we can see the maximum height and speed at once, so we can verify that it stayed on land and what the max speed was.

That's a good suggestion actually. I'll redo my run and just post the F3 screen if it's faster
