I wonder does will have someday to have specialized science module, and have science points from long duration space flight and bio medical on board, like in real live?

At this point, I don't think they plan to add anything biological or medical to the science program.But slowly earning science points constantly while in space would be great.

I know it's not in the stock game, but KSP Interstellar adds this feature. Stations actually have a purpose.

There's a mod called station science. You get "eurekas" over time which then allow you do accomplish an experiment for a large amount of science.
