Crazy fuel flow - how to fix?

I have a craft, with a central fuel tank, surrounded by other fuel tanks using the TT-70 Radial Decoupler.

Each of the external tanks has engines.

One tank however, is drawing fuel from the central tank, and the others are not. This is causing weight imbalance.

I tried to fix by adding fuel lines from the central tank to all the other radial tanks, but the problem persists.

(See picture, it's just the top section with the nuke drives causing me issues, the lift section is fine).

Any ideas on fix? Initially I can't even see how the external drives were drawing fuel from the central tank without any fuel lines in place!?

Maybe you put a fuel line and didn't remember, that's my best explanation

Try re-building that problematic section. Maybe that will fix any misplaced parts you may have accidental put there, or fix the bug, if that is the case.

The built section is very clean of parts. TT-70's don't fuel crossfeed do they!?
