Wing's wont pitch up or down. Only left or right. (Rover/Glider) pic and craft file

First off i have remapped my Rover controls to the number pad.

I am trying to test this glider. I already know its prolly not going to glide very well. But that's not the issue right now.

However i can't even get the wings to pitch up or down when pressing W or S

Turns out that the command pod is how the wings know up and down >_<.

I had mine rotated and that is why it was not working.

On a completely unrelated note, your front wheel is not rotated correctly and as such will not work. It also appears that your rear wheel is not rotated correctly and as such will not function as well.
