The guy is animated!

At the middle there are 3 buttons arranged vertically. One will light up at a time. Holding your finger on that particular one will grant you Poop Stress, and therefore points.

On the very right you may notice 3 more buttons with number values. From top to bottom, these are:

Time (finishes at 30s)

Points (Poop Stress - Time)

Poop Stress (Puuuush!)

The poop sounds are what you live for A different noise for every type of poop.

If you get enough points, you get Bristol Stool Scale type 7 feces (watery poop) and are officially awarded the happy Diahorrea message!
