Im new to Kerbal Space Program, (obviously) and I kinda had a few questions about my mod and modding in general. First off, would adding a new part be considered a plugin/mod? Also, Im not quite sure how to set up the addon file. I could use some help with this. Anyone wanna help me? :)

If anyone wants to test my new air technology, to see if it works, here you go.
