Fluffles Mk4 and Fluffles Mk4C

These are a pair of SSTOs that fill two important but distinct niches in my space program. On the right you have the light cargo carrying Fluffles Mk4C and on the left you have the Fluffles Mk-4 crew shuttle.

Lets start with: Fluffles Mk-4

Fluffles Mk-4 is a crew shuttle designed specifically for Laythe operations. I can carry a three kerbals, one pilot and two passengers. In order to be suitable for Laythe operations it has a number of features:

Rover wheels: check

Short runway requirements: it needs less than half the runway at KSC to take off

Can land with full fuel, take off and achieve orbit again: check

Is easily dock-able to a tug in a stable configuration: check

The craft is also very stable in atmo, thanks to each engine draining jet fuel from oposite ends of the middle section

It has its RCS in the capsules.

Here it is docked to the tug

Action groups

1- toggle engines

2- switch engine mode

3- toggle all intakes

4- toggle most intakes

How to fly(on kerbin): Takeoff and make a very steep ascent, you want to be at least 15k up before you start leveling off. you should be going 1600-1700 m/s (at least) before you switch over to rockets.

At the moment it is en route to Laythe, I will put up pictures once it gets there (I have a lot of missions running simultaneously)

Next up we have Fluffles Mk-4C

Ah yes, this cargo-carrying derivative of the Fluffles Mk-4 fills an important spot in my launcher lineup, those small payloads for which any of my other launchers would just be overkill.

This craft is designed for small payloads that fit into the cargo bay and don't weigh that much (0.5-2 tons)

Like the craft it is derived from, the Mk-4C features the fuel piping system that makes it extremely stable during flight.

Action groups:

1- toggle engines

2- switch engine mode

3- toggles all intakes

Flight path should be roughly the same as that of the Mk-4

One should also note that unlike the Mk-4, the Mk-4C is a subassembly
