A New Sensor

Recommended Posts

Here is something i would like to see in KSP a new sensor or it could replace the atmospheric nose cone that used to be the avionics package.

Basically it could tell you the composition of the atmosphere on places like Kerbin Laythe Duna Eve and Jool.

e.g it could display this;

Kerbin: 78.09% Nitrogen 20.95% Oxygen 0.93% argon and 0.035% CO2

Laythe: same as above with slightly lower amounts ect. ect.

It could also say the radiation on the planetoid.

This could also be used if we ever get to take the kerbals helmet off say if the % of air in the atmosphere was less than 10% it was unsafe to take the helmet off.

So what do you forumers think?

I think it's been suggested repeatedly and we don't need more science tools.

What I mean is it wouldn't necessarily be used as a science tool more of just a helpful tool to see if the planet your on is like kerbin.

Come to think of it this is seeming to sound more like a science tool to me now
