Solar panels working from sources other than Kebol.

This is just an idea, but have it as a nice little feature, lights give solar panels a little more charge. A way of stopping exploits of this would be to make it that the amount of power the light gives to the panel, wouldn't be enough to power the light (If you know what I mean).

Any thoughts on this suggestion?

I remember that this was actually a bug somewhere around 17 or .18

I don't think that it's needed, instead of we have another star on KSP.

Artificial lights power is extremelly low, and real solar panels hardly ever even notice them.

There are way more efficient and faster ways of draining your batteries.
