Stock ships when Kethane is installed

Hi!

I couldn't resist, so I downloaded Kethane mod. My question is the following:

Will I am able to build stock craft (from entirely stock parts) to be downloaded and used - by other players - with vanilla KSP? Or does Kethane mod do something with stock parts too?

You should be able to, since kethane doesn't alter any of the original parts.

The Kethane mod does add some parts though (such as scanners, drills, and cracking plants). Any ship constructed with any of those parts would require the recipient to also have the Kethane mod. Any ships without those parts would be sharable as is.
