Cant write signatures or choose profile pic.

I seem to not be able to make a signature or profile pic. I have done nothing to not be able to get it. it says its locked by admin. Is it because I am relatively new or something? Please help me.

This is a basic spam prevention measure. All users below 5 posts cannot alter their profile fields at all, in order to prevent spambots signing up and putting unsavoury images or malicious links in their signatures and/or avatars. As soon as you get 5 posts, you should be good to go.
